About Me

“Oh come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation!”
                                                                                                                                           Psalm 95:1

Sunshine pop singer-songwriter Monica Sigler has always had a song in her heart and a knack for performing. She made the big move from her hometown of Kansas City to Nashville in 2013 to attend Belmont University and graduated in 2017 with a BM in Commercial Vocal Performance. Along with training her voice, she used her time at Belmont to hone her talents in songwriting and playing guitar, ukulele, piano, and mandolin.

When she performs, Monica mainly does solo acoustic sets, and the music that she plays ranges from Elvis Presley to Ed Sheeran, Johnny Cash to Justin Bieber, and Elton John to Frank Sinatra, but she also likes to throw in a few of her original songs, of course!

After recording in Sony Tree's studio, Monica released her EP, "Firefly Nights," in October 2015. The album features four original songs that are all tied together with a sound that is completely unique to Monica. Since her EP, she has released four additional singles, one of which ("Favorite Place") won First Place in the 19th Annual Great American Song Contest in the singer/songwriter category. During her time working at Walt Disney World in 2017, she performed her original song, "It's a Good Life," at the Orlando House of Blues in the Disney Night of Stars competition and won First Place in the instrumental category. Monica also released both a ukulele album and a Christmas album (with original, award-winning song, "Thank You") in the year 2019. She currently has another exciting album in the works, so follow follow follow for updates!!
